"Fantastic experience getting a cleaning for myself and my three daughters (ages 2, 4, & 6)! The office was kid-friendly, with toys tucked under the cushioned seating by the window in the waiting area—such a thoughtful touch to keep my kids entertained. The staff was incredibly welcoming, warm, and patient! A special shoutout to Megan, the hygienist, who was phenomenal with my girls and made them feel completely at ease. We couldn’t have asked for a better visit—highly recommend!"

"Smoky Mountain Dental experience was excellent. From the front desk greeting to the cleaning to meeting the dentist. All staff and Dr. Hanson were very friendly and kind. Any questions I had were answered. Megan cleaned my teeth quickly and used the method I prefer (I describe it sandblasting with baking soda) instead of the polisher with flavored tooth polish. Dr. Hanson introduced himself and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. We had a discussion and he heard my concerns.The office does offer an in-house dental plan - not dental insurance - to help self pay patients cover the cost of cleanings, x-rays and other care. This plan is very reasonable in price. My dentist of over 30 years has handed the torch to Dr. Hanson. I feel I have been handed over to a very capable and caring dentist."

"What a nice experience at the dentist today! My first time meeting Dr. Hansen, Megan, and Christine. The office has a nice face-lift and all were welcoming. Comforting to see Janet's familiar face. Dr. Norman will be missed, yet wished the very best on his retirement. He can rest well knowing his dental firm is in great hands! I highly recommend them, if you are seeking a great dental team."

"Dr. Hansen was absolutely amazing! I went in with extreme tooth pain; top and bottom molars. After X-rays and a brief explanation of my situation, he proceeded to extract the teeth. He was gentle and made sure I wasn't in any pain. It didn't take very long either! His instructions for after care were very clear and provided a detailed list to follow. I have a follow up visit to ensure I save my remaining teeth. Thank you to the staff for getting me an appointment and being so kind when assisting Dr. Hansen You now have a new patient! I'll be sure to refer friends and family to your practice."
